Aleece Landis runs Aquaponic Lynx farm, located in Mt. Dora, Florida. She just acquired a new much larger space 17 miles west of the original site. The farm grows plants, herbs, vegetables and catfish – along with a unique product – loofa! When dried, peeled, and rinsed – you might recognize them as bath sponges.
